Kim H.

Assistant Veterinary Technician Trainer

Kim joined the Midvalley Animal Clinic team in May of 2020. When she was 7 years old she won a contest at Utah’s Hogel Zoo where she was a zookeeper for a day. That day made such an impression on her, she knew from there she wanted to dedicate her life to making sure animals are well taken care of. She started as a kennel technician and gradually moved up to a technician position. She attended Utah Career College (before it was Broadview) to learn how to become a veterinary technician assistant and takes a special interest in veterinary dentistry. Kim is a huge Denver Broncos fan. You can find Kim traveling back and forth to Oregon with her boyfriend, Bronco (Heeler/Shepherd mix), and their new puppy, Gypsy (Heeler). When she is home, she cuddles up with Denver the bunny and Pumpkin the cat. She is also the clinic mother goose who spoils all of the staff’s human kids with fun treats!
